First popsicle...

Since it was such a hot day and Calia was still grimey from our trip to the lake (lotion, sand, water), I decided it was time for the first popsicle of the season and her life....

Another milestone.

Last night, Calia suprised us by pooping on the potty! We are on our way, and I couldn't be happier. Kevin asked if I was going to take a picture of it and post it because that would be something Rick would do.

We have peepee in the potty!!

So, yesterday mid morning, Calia's diaper was still dry, so I asked if she'd like to sit on the potty. She said, "yes!" She sat down and asked for a book, so I gave her a book. She flipped through the pages, then put it aside and said, "Done." She stood up and sure enough there was pee in the potty!! Celebration!! This moring same routine...about 2 hours after she'd been up and finished brerakfast and still had a dry diaper...potty, book, pee and still a dry diaper heading into her nap!! Good things to come!

This is why she needed her stool, to be just like Mommy.

Boo boos, Band-aids and Coda

She was trying to carry her potty/stool over to the counter in the bathroom and dropped it on her foot, taking a huge chunk of skin with it. OUCH!
