Calia's medical equipment

For Christmas, Calia got a doctor's kit. Just about everyday since, she has performed an examination on my belly and the baby and on Kevin's neck. I've taught her the correct medical terminology of her equipment...this is us reviewing.

So, it's still holding true that everyone that is having a second child, that knows the sex is having the opposite of their first. We'll see if the Farb family gets a little girl to join big brother Ben.

Baby Update

With a little less than 3 months to go, I had my 28 week visit today and the little man is doing great. I've gained 16 lbs, so far (about the same as I'd gained with Calia at this point). I'm measuring right on target. My OB confirmed my suspicion that the little man likes to lay across me. He played hard to get when trying to listen to his heart and kept moving around. She agreed that we'd probably have our hands full with this one. I'm now going to the OB every 2 weeks until I'm 36 weeks then every week. I can't believe how quickly this is going!!!

GEAUX TIGERS

A day late, but did anyone else see LSU kick some OSU butt?? WOW. Anyone that says the SEC isn't THE dominant football conference needs to check out that game. SEC sent a leading 9 teams to bowl games and finished 7-2 (yeah, Galvin, I know Michigan beat Florida,but that's ok, because so did LSU and I'm not a Gator fan). Anyway, Calia is learning the LSU fight song, so far she has the roar and the "Victory for LSU" at the end. She kind of hums along and mumbles some words. Hopefully, we'll be able to make a trip to Baton Rouge this fall for a game.
