Length 28 3/8 (95%)...holding steady
Weight 17 lbs 7 oz (60%)...down a bit, maybe from being ill the past couple weeks.
Head 17 1/4 ((50%)..holding steady

Mini man is a not so mini man! He had 4 shots and the oral rotateq.

Ok, so I just went back to compare to Calia...he is 2" longer and almost 3 lbs heavier than she was at 6 months, and 1" longer and 1lb 4 oz heavier than she was at 9 months...Calia at 12 months was 29", 17 lbs 12 oz. Yikes!

this would be seconds before she pushed my hands off and informed me she could ride without me touching her.

It's that time of year again...fair time in Maine. We made our annual trek to the Cumberland Fair, not really a trek, more like a 10 minute ride. This was Calia's first year, granted the first year she was 6 weeks old and in the Bjorn. We ran into the Braun family, my cousin Nick and his wife Jami and their boys Evan and Sammy (seems we always see them there), as well as various other families from Calia's music class. We ate some sausages, fries and Calia rode the rides. We bought enough tickets for 4 rides, then Jami gave me their last 5 tickets, so her boys woudn't fight over them (each ride is 5 tickets). After riding on two rides, Calia in formed me "I have 3 left" Who knew she could do math? Anyway, it was a great time and the whole way home Calia recapped the rides she went on, the order she went on them and that the "fair made me cold" (it was quite chilly once the sun went down. Next year, Nolan will be on the rides with her...
