Ok, so we are officially under contract for the new house. Our house will be listed 2/28 (the day we leave for Florida). The listing realtor for the new house has a couple looking in Falmouth in the range we are going to list and has asked our realtor for advance pics of our house and a sneak peek before it goes on the market!
