Under Contract!!

So, after 2 weeks on the market, 1 open house and 3 private showings (2 to the same couple, now known as the buyers) our little house is under contract! Who said the market was drying up?? Woo Hoo! Closing on both houses will be 40 days from tomorrow...April 24th.
